Thermal covers encompass a load such as a roll cage or pallet, and keep the contents within their required temperature range. As well as the range offered here, our thermal covers can be made to any required size and colour.

Thermal covers have an optional up-and-over door-flap on one side, using a Velcro closure (or a heavy-duty zip, if preferred).

Temperature retention performance depends on many factors including:

• the core temperature of the products being protected;
• surrounding temperature;
• specific heat capacity of the products being protected;
• product weight;
• amount of empty space within (e.g. roll cage fill);
• operational considerations (e.g. how many times and for how long the cover is opened)
