Buying Procedure

1. If you wish to pay for your products by bank transfer, please contact us so we can send you our bank details. In this case, this procedure has ended

2. If you wish to purchase a product, click the “Add to Basket” button in the product page or product listing. Do the same for any additional products.

3. Once you are ready to pay, click on the black shopping basket button (top-right, to the right of the magnifying glass).

4. A dialogue box will appear summarising your purchases

5. After reviewing your purchases, click on the “Checkout” button at the right-bottom of the dialogue box

6. When the Checkout page appears you have 4 choices:

(i) “Register an account” (default): this is for customers who have not registered previously (or are not sure) or do not know what email address was used last time. To use this option, click on the blue “Continue” button

(ii) “Guest Checkout”: this is for customers who would rather not register an account. To use this option, click the option button to the left of the words “Guest Checkout” and then click on the blue “Continue” button.

(iii) Sign-in as a returning customer: this is for customers who have registered previously and who know the email address they used before. To use this option, enter your email address into the “E-Mail” box and your password into the “Password” box (if you don’t know the password, click on the “Forgotten Password” link below the “Password” box)

(iv) Back out: if you wish to abandon the process, click on any link in the header or footer of the web page or simply close the browser. This procedure has ended if you decided to back out

7. If you selected option 6(iii),  the previous "billing" address you used will be suggested to you and, if you wish to use it you can click on the option "I want to use an existing address". Similarly, if you selected option 6(iii), at the next screen the previous delivery address you used will be suggested to you and, if you wish to use it you can click on the option "I want to use an existing address". If you do not choose these options, refer to the paragraph 8. Otherwise, skip to paragraph 9

8. You will be asked to enter your address. Once this is done, please note that there is a box with the phrase "My delivery and billing addresses are the same". This is already ticked by default so please untick it if the delivery address is different from the address you already entered. If you did untick it, when you click on the "Continue" button, another screen will be presented to you, allowing you to enter the delivery address

9. If you selected option 6(iii), there will also be a space for you to enter your password. Once you have entered it into the upper box, you will need to enter it again in the box directly below


10. Next you will need to enter the delivery method. At this point a box is available where you can add comments to your order. For example, you may wish to provide detailed directions to the delivery location


11. Next, enter the payment method and then tick the “Terms & Condition” box.

12. If you wish to go ahead with the order, click the blue “Confirm Order” button

13. At the next page you will have 3 choices:

(i) Log into Pay-Pal: this is for customers who wish to pay using their PayPal account or wish to log into PayPal for any other reason. To use this option, enter the email address or phone number you use for PayPal in box at the top and click the “Next” button (default). The rest of this process is controlled by PayPal. Please refer to PayPal’s documentation for further instructions. If you chose this option, this procedure has ended.

(ii) Pay by Debit or Credit Card: this is for customers who prefer to pay by card. To use this option, click the “Pay by Debit or Credit Card” button

(iii) Back out: if you wish to abandon the process, click the link at the bottom with the words “Cancel and return to Arkay Cost Reduction Limited”. If you chose this option, this procedure has ended.


14. After carrying out procedure 13(ii), a screen will appear titled “Check out as a guest”. In the empty box, enter any email address and click the “Continue to Payment” button

15. In the next screen you will need to enter your mobile number, card number, expiry date and security code, the name on the card

16. A blue slide button labelled “Save information & create your PayPal account” is left in the “On” position by default. If you do not wish to create a PayPal account, turn this button off

17. Click on the blue button “Pay Now as Guest”. The rest of this process is controlled by PayPal. Please refer to PayPal’s documentation for further instructions.
